Does anyone know of or can recomend a software that I can set up in a Windows server?exchange2003 network that can integrate faxing?

What I want is a fax software that users can send and recieve faxes from outlook2003. When the fax comes in an the "ATTN: has 318" then it takes the fax in image form and sends an email to the exchange server and "318" is a specific mailbox. And the users can email to a mailbox and that mailbox will send what ever they send to a fax number somwhare in the subject field?

Man that is a tall order!
Any ideas?
