I have a MSP patch file that will not install I can see the contents
of it using Winrar but it will not extract it. Is there any other
program that will do it?

Which particular patch is it and was is its extension? You 'should' able to
double click on it for the installation.

It wouldn't install so I reloaded the program in question and now it
does install so all is well.
