Haven't seen a thread here for this game so thought i had better create one.

Just in case you missed this on steam's front page, killing floor is a simple kill the mutated creature type game where you battle wave after wave of enemies with a final "boss" fight.

Made by tripwire interactive who made Red Orchestra, it is a great little game developed from a mod.

It is a bloody difficult 6 player co-op game with a decent selection of weapons and lots of fun, check it out on steam if you like survival horror games.

Yeahp it was created looooong before l4d....and there quite different....i need to read up on this game from the pics and reports it sounds like what i wanted l4d to be....

Did i mention it is damn hard and you don't get infinite ammo on pistols or melee abilities on normal weapons only with dedicated melee weapons.

Ooh and you can see what everyone elses flashlights shine on.

Alot of hate for it on the steam forums by people who wanted tripwire to make it how they wanted it.

yeah yeah gonna get it eventually it only $20

Its great, however extremely hard - even with a team of 6 who are all on voice, and on normal dificulty, we have yet to kill a single patriach

Ye, my first one, was on manor, didn't even see the rocket as it hit me dead on.

Apparately to play the game on hard you need level 2/3 perks for everyone, suicidal I don't know, some sort of sick joke by the dev's.

Only a hundred views, tisk tisk.

haha yeah that game is Fkin Hard!

the hardest class to level up would be the sharpshooter in my opinion ( but i must do it )

i hate how the patriarch shoots me in the feet a few times and i die.. i was running up stairs hahahah

I find it a bit slow?? Anyone else feel like you're running through honey when playing ? It's a great concept, with the end boss and all, but I think it is a bit rough around the edges, could be more polished.

And yeah, it is pretty bloody hard but in a good way that will increase it's longevity.
