Upgrade, help needed

Hi all,
I am trying to sell my Gigabyte GA-7VRXP (NIB-retail) to get a more upto date mobo. If anyone is intersted in purchasing the mobo, just let me know.
Which one is the best one on the market now? I've been looking them over, but still alittle puzzled on which one to get? Any input is greatly appreciated.
This is for an AMD CPU, I want to be able to use upto a 333FSB XP in it, along with 400 memory. Budget around $80.

Any information/recommendations are gladly welcome.

This is for an AMD cpu system. I've been checking out Asus, MSI and AOPEN. I can't decide which one to get. Any input would greatly be appreciated.
