I like to put more points into Mastery, especially if you're going to kill
bosses. It seems to make a huge difference, especially in Hell.

IMO, 20/1 in CL isn't going to do much for you. I have a Sorc with maxed CL
and Mastery, plus a few in the synergies (10+) and even with 105 Fast Cast
it's a slow killer in Hell, especially in big games. I think the FC is
important to make CL effective, and since you're primary skill is timered
that's a bit of a waste for your build. If you really want a second attack
I'd put a few more into Static and get a big beefy Merc for Physical damage.
The power with Blizzard is fully synergized, so scrimping on your synergies
to get a wimpy second skill kind of defeats the purpose. I do reccommend a
wand with Lower Resists on switch for CIs. This will break most immunities,
and an awesome Blizzard can then kill them. For the few monsters you can't
break, rely on Static and your merc.

Spirit shield requires an awful lot of strength for a Sorc, 156. Since
you're playing SC, a Lidless might be better for you. You get some FC and +1
skill, but you save an bunch of strength points. Course, I'm use to HC where
all my Sorcs have max blocking and big Vitality, so that doesn't leave the
points for strength. YMMV.

My first ever character, immediately after the game was released was a
Blizzygirl. I figured the company name was Blizzard, so the Blizzard skill
would be awesome. And it was pretty good, though back then there was no
timer and you could turn the screen white with all the Blizzards. Just
played another one recently with the timer and the synergies, and she was
fun too. Used her as a MFer, but the dolls on the Durance 2 got her.

You might also consider popping a few points into frozen orb. right now,
my frozen orb does more damage than any other attack I have.

I think it has been worked out that 20 Blizz, then 20 Synergy, then
Mastery (max or get to 17 after +skills), then Synergy is the best way
to do it.

Bongo, the FCR BPs are different for Lightning and Chain Lightning.
>From memory, 80 and 120 are the relevant numbers. Not sure if you knew
that.

<agree with everything I have snipped and with what Mickey said below,
but Spirit Shield would be the way to go in SC wouldn't it? Just for
the +skills. I don't play SC so I don't know>

Ditto you will notice I never say oooo great find girlfriendddddddd. She
hasn't played the game nearly as long as I have and is far richer by well,
far! I am still trying to find a Hoz not sure WHY anymore but I am LOL

well thats just 1 real point plus points from plus skills and that
should make it like 10 at at least total when all her final stuff is
put on maybe more if I can make some cold skills charms

well in big games she will let the other party members handle ci's
hehe and in little games I hoping merc and cl will work ok. A
fireball or something might have be better but I already have a
fireballer and just want to try something different. Yeah I know some
all cold blizzy withes with good stuff can do like over 32k damage but
then they cant kill cold immunes so I am hoping if I get just a 10-15k
blizzy and something else she can still be good and not be so weak
aganist cold immunes

Well with insight she wont have ne points in mana so it more like
putting points that would have gone there in str and I dont put ne
points in dex for casters they not supposed to be getting that close

For the same reason I'm still trying to find a useless Blinkbat's Form.
5 years, 15 level 99 chars, 20 of every elite unique and rare, and
still not one Blinkbat's.
