Help... looking for a game name!!

I have been looking for this games name for a long time i thought its about time if anyone else knows what it is. The game is where you build on a island that i recall is turn based and at the start of every match their would be a little video where the opponent would threaten you and then you would fight.

you could build HUGE nucleur silos that took a long time to build, mechs, missles that you would use to to attack their island and you would go back and forth doing this till they were destroyed or you.
