Found New Hardware Wizard

When ever I boot up I get the Found New Hardware wizard that says Found New Hardware Select To install software for VIA Bus Master IDE drivers. I installed the latest drivers for my ASUS P3V4X Mother Board from the VIA website. I'm trying to get my new ATI 9700 Pro working and I think that if I could resolve this problem my video card will work. When I boot up with the new ATI card I get a black screen with a little yellow square. My BIOS has been flashed with the latest revision.
Any help would surely be appreciated.

Before you install the drivers for the Radeon you MUST remove all the old drivers (ATI, Nvidia, or other). Then you have to just cancel when Windows wants to install drivers for your "new hardware". Windows will then install generic VGA drivers. Only then can you run and install the Catalyst drivers.
