P4C800-D problems... help pls!!!!

ASUS V9280 TI 4200 TD agp8x 128mb, doesnt work with P4C800-Deluxe mother board, why??? when i start up the computer nothing appear it looks like the monitor doesnt have any signal, and when i put an older graphic card TNT 2 32mb the computer start up normally. i triying making the bios update but nothing happend again, pls if someone can help me

Make sure the Ti4200 is seated properly. I don't know why, but the P4C800 doesn't come with a locking mechanism. Sometimes when you're handling your case it may twist a bit and pull the card out of the AGP slot ever so slightly.

Try it without tightening the holding screw, which could be causing it to pop out ever so slightly.

What power supply are you using?

hey man ty for your advice, but im from argentina and i cant find good brands, so i get what i can and this time i get a sunshine 350W power supply, and i dont know if it really goes with thats watts..... =(

Are there any beep codes? Look in your manual to see if there are beep codes of AGP unseated. Does that video card need a direct connection to the PSU?

the problem is that when i put the vga card into my motherboar, it gives me a post message "system filed cpu test" and i get a blank screen....
