The new version 2.0 boards support the XP3200+ because it uses a native 200MHz FSB. I would still buy the 2.0 board if you were to buy say a 2500+ (actually 3000+ and lower) because of overclockability. You can easily get the 2500+ to 200MHz FSB with that motherboard. Make sure however that you buy PC3200 RAM if you overclock so that the RAM and CPU can run in sync with eachother.

Both boards supports CPU:s and Rams with 400FSB OR
a 333 FSB CPU with either 333FSB ram or 400FSB RAM. With the latter combo you can oc the CPU:s FSB, how much depends on the cpu.
