A7N8X one Lan Port down

Hi!
I own the Asus A7N8X and was using both LAN Ports, one for a intern Lan and one for the Internet access.
But today, when i cam back home, the NVidia LAN port (connected to my dsl modem) suddenly had stopped working :-O
It's still enabled in the BIOS (well, it's set to Auto as there is no enabled) but the ready led does not light up, and windows doew not detect it. Anyone got any idea what that could be? Hope it's not a hardware defect 'cause it's new and i don't wanna have to send it to get repaired for, like, months...

If both ports are setup to use DHCP why don't you just switch their cables to see if the dead port can pick up an IP address from you LAN side. Also, you can always try to see if the dead NIC port has an address (ipconfig at command prompt) and if you can ping localhost (127.0.0.1) on dead port.
