P4C800-deluxe "system failed cpu test"

yes, i have that problem when i put on my vga card ASUS TI4200 agp8x 128mb, into my P4C800-Deluxe, i dont know what to do with this problem if someone could help me ill be very glad....

so what i get is a blank screen when i try to turn on the computer and i cant do anything.. unless i put my old tnt 2 vga card agp4x 32mb.. and my machine start up with out any problem....

pls help me!!!!

The newer card draws more power than the old one, if you don't even get a BIOS screen you probably have a junk power supply.

Then it's a bad card, or you're not inserting it all the way.
