WTB 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2

The title pretty much covers it. I'd like 4GB (2x2GB) of DDR2. I'd prefer 800MHz (or faster), but I'd consider 667MHz at the right price. Anyhow, if anyone's looking to get rid of some, let me know.
