Win7 driver problem

i installed win 7 but my intel graphics card didnt work on it however the default win7 graphics driver was installed but it showed only 16 mb memory i went to intel site but the driver wasn't avail as the default driver in vista is working properly so i extracted it from vista through max driver when i tried to install it in win7 thorough update driver it says already latest driver is installed
So please help me so that
Ican install the extracted driver in win 7 if i could
Be able to disable automatic driver install
