Hey guys

OK i currently have the biggest problem I've ever had with my computer and i am STRESSING.
Every time i try to install any computer game the installation freezes and my entire PC becomes non responsive. (even the clock on my G15 stops going)
Note i have tried to install some programs that arnt games and they all seem to work fine.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem any help would be greatly appreciated.

have you check your dxdiag for you able to know what are your computer specs and also to know if all of your hardware are updated within a month or so...
