Offline(SP) game help!!

Well im looking for a easy to download free SP game (ex:COD4),but i dont have a very good cpu(laptop)
PLZ help(btw i want a modern FPS(ex:GOW) and/or RPG(ex:Mass efect)(btw i dont like games like HL2 too bloody and kinda scary,GOW is already less bloody and scary)
