BIOS problems...

I think I screwed up my BIOS. My system wont boot up, I tried resetting the BIOS with jumpers but it still didn't boot.
Is there any way to fix this sort of problem? Can I flash the BIOS somehow?

Did you remember to reset the jumper before you tried to reboot? If not, it will just keep clearing the CMOS.

Not to mention that you have to remove the Cmos battery and unplug the rig before clearing it with the jumper. then put the battery back in, plug in the PSU and give it a shot.
