Tips:

1: try plugging it in
2: Try turning on your ps3
3: try inserting a game / movie after you powerd on the machine
4: try to GIVE MORE INFO

If you can play downloaded games or demos but just get the spinning disc icon when you put in a game or movie it sounds like you blu-ray drive has died I hope you are still under warranty
