Here's the issue I believe OP is having.

The Xbox 360's gamertag is linked to an msn account which isn't signing in. You only sign into Xbox Live but cannot sign into msn on the Xbox 360.

This is not a troll djcoolmasterX as I have run into a similar issue.

The problem occurs when your msn password is longer than 13 characters.


Solution:

On your computer, change your msn password to less than 14 characters.
