WoW Error 132

Hey guys this is my first time posting so i hope im in the right place. Well, ive been getting error 132 right as i get to my character sceletcion screen. Ive tried all of teh blizzard suggestions on the tech support page but i still get the message. I really appreciate the help. Heres the message:
