When I booted up my PC today, I had the My Documents window open by itself. When I X'd it out, all of my icons and the task bar disappeared. Solitaire, however, kept right on functioning. I tried to use the windows key on my keyboard to restart but it didn't function. When I gave the microsoft salute, on of the programs running was Windows SA. Just what the blazes is Windows SA? ANd please don't say it's a virus or worm. I already had to rebuild my Pc because of a supposedly safe site being screwed.

I know enuff to be dangerous. :tongue:

Spyware maybe? Need more info. from you?
Do you see this in your regkeys?

I went to the link and it said all was clear. Then I searched the registry for both window sa and omniscient. Found neither. May be it was a fluke from Windows itself. I turned off the Auto Update after I foolishly allowed the MS site turn it on.

I know enuff to be dangerous. :tongue:
