LOW FPS ON Age Of Conan NEED HELP

I'm running an Nvidia GEforce 9800M GS 4 Gigs ram and an Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.26 GHz each. I dont know overclocking and I dont want to do it in a laptop.. overheating I hear is a big issue in that resolve. I get like 60fps when Im standing still in a small area with limited cool *** on screen. Soon as I move though the frames go to *** like 1.2-4.8 FPS I dunno how to fix it anti-aliasing is off the graphics are all down to minimum with all the *** turned off... Why is it doing this. Is it the the processor, the fact that its a laptop or cause AoC is just that crappy of a game. oh and I just deleted the old GPU drivers and installed the latest which are like 186.3 I think so those aren't the issue and DX9 and DX10 are both installed and up to date. if you have a solution or any advice let me know
