Hi, Im about to open a store, with 24 computers, for gaming porpouses, and I wanted to know if I could have problems if I use two 16 ports hubs to connect em.
Will the net work fine?
Is there a difference to run it with a 32 ports hub?
Can I connect one Hub to the other one, or do I need a computer with 2 network cards? If this is the case, will the computer loose resourses??

2 16's or 1 32, either way would be fine. It's done all the time. You can connect the hubs together (called daisy-chaining).

oh man, 24 computers on hubs??? you may want to consider getting a 24 port switch soon. i hope they are 100base/full duplex. if they are half duplex you will likely get 30-40% collisions. you wont get very good latency times on your network.

how do you shoot the devil in the back? what happens if you miss? -verbal

oh yeah - jhiggs is right. I was thinking about the racks and racks of boxes we have at work, but I forgot they're switches not hubs. Go with a switch.
