Help! Voltage Warning

I recently built a new comp, it runs great other than MSI's PCAlert Keeps warning my that my 3.3 Volt indicator is running at 4.08 and somtimes maxs out at 4.5. What can I do to fix this?

My system specs are:
MSI K7N2
Athlon XP 2500 333fsb
512 2700 ram
geForce MX 440
420 W ps

I'm no expert on this but you should get your reading from the +3.3V trail by using a voltmeter. If you don't know how to do it, take the PSU to nearby electrical shop.
