I have a mint condition desktop which is not even 6 months old. I need to get rid of it in need of cash. I built this myself and is in excellent condition. All the items are already assembled and will send you all of the original receipts. All the items have warranty from manufacturers. I only want $1,600 OBO with the windows software installed and $1200 without it. I can bring the price down if you are willing to buy the software yourself. Serious buyers only. And I will not part them out! The following are the items and prices I paid from the original receipt.

you have a great system problem is selling it on here or on ebay or online in general I think you would be lucky to get a grand honestly, id part it off for more money or keep it, but in my opinion you will never get your full investment back or anywhere near it

Thank you very much. I understand what you are saying. I could part it out but it is more hassle. I'm just trying to find a buyer who is looking for a new desktop or a new build, so that I can sell it as a pre-assembled desktop ready to run. Whoever is interested or buys it is indeed saving a lot of money on the software. If I were to uninstall it and sell it all formatted then I can let it go for only $1,500. And that is still a steal! Its because of the software, the price is little high.

If I was in the market for it (which im not) id offer you 1000 with no os and no ssd, you have a really nice system, good luck. Parting it out could be a pain... in the end you gotta do what you do

I edited it and brought it down to only $1,600 with the windows software and only $1200 without it...

gosh dude that just doesnt make sense when you can buy win 7 64 for around 200 bucks, you gotta remember that on here you are selling to people that know their latest tech and what its worth like the back of your hand... 1200 without os is reasonable but still high being that it is not a brand new system regardless if youve only fired it up once, its still used then by nature

Although your prices aren't unreasonable, you'll need to find someone who wants exactly that system. Most would be happy with an i5-2500K and won't take a used SSD or Windows.

I suggest you value the CPU at closer to what it goes for used on ebay. I saw it for $280 Buy it Now or Best Offer, so call it $250. No SSD and the WD Caviar Black is no better than the $50 Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB, so that's it's value. And the RAM only goes for $65 nowadays (yeah, it's 1866, so you'd need a sale). That gets the total down below $1000.

Now keep the CPU cooler because you can use it down the line and you'll never get what it's worth now and put the stock fan on this build. Now it's down to $900. I think that will sell AND have identical gaming performance.

EDIT: But quite honestly, you SHOULD part it out if you want money.

Yea man... I should have.. but yet again as we are all a tech guy here, people should know they are getting a good deal regardless.. it is used indeed but there is nothing to lose here as everything is covered by warranty anyways. But as all always, buyers always wants to pay the least, seller always wants to get the most... at some point, we all have to find the equilibrium. If I don't find anybody in the market for a while, then I'll just have it parted out. :(. However, I do have all the originals boxes too... :)
