email help with pictures needed

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.newusers (More info?)

My friends send me cute sayings with pictures jpg & gif, I can read & see
these fine. When I forward the email it does not display in my copy in
the Sent Items folder or to the person I am sending it to. All I have are
the red x boxes. What do I need to change in my settings so the pictures
show up?

In OE

Go to Tools, then Options. Now click:

· Send Tab, then

· Mail Sending Format: HTML Setting, then

· .... make sure the "Send with Pictures" box is checked

Another cause could be Hotbar, have you got that installed?

Do pix show in copies of original messages (not Forwards) you send?
