Is there a server i can play cs .6 on if i have high ping?

I just simply cant afford faster adsl. Ive got the slowest and cant afford faster... But i wanna play cs.
Its 387kbs or something... :cry:

Any ideas?

Find a server close to you. You're probably not getting a decent ping at those speeds though.
