Army men RTS Editor anyone?

Hi

After moving this weekend I found an old Army Men RTS cartridge and it brought back a lot of fond memories. I remember how much I wanted to be able to edit the game (create new units, maps, etc) when I played it and now all these years later I am wondering if there is an Editor for the game somewhere out there? I've already tried searching for it but came up empty.

Please help me Tom's Members, you're my only hope!
