BIOS Update help

HELLO! I have Elite Group K7S5A mainboard and i want to update the Bios cuss i have heard that if i update my bios my mainboard will support amd xp 2600+. My question is on this page http://www.ecsusa.com/downloads/k7s5a.html do i have to install all updates that are newer then my current bios version or can i just take the latest release and get all the older changes also? im a noob at this so i have no idea /Kristoffer, Sweden

You get the newest release. Each time you flash the bios you are starting with a blank slate. It's not like Windows service packs, etc.
