Seems IGN will have an interview tonight at midnight (PST) with the folks responsible for this. I eagerly await (at least i eagerly hope) the news will be solid for what was my favourite game franchise growing up :).

While there are many ways this could turn ugly, I'll keep the possitive face on for now.. lol

aye.. so much of my childhood was associated with battletech in some way.. tabletop game, mechwarrior 1 through 4.. good times :D. lol.

It was confirmed that these weren't just rumours.
My favourite games from the series were "MW: Mercenaries" and "Mech Commander".

cant wait for this, mechwarrior 3 = best mechwarrior, mech warrior 4 was cheap and felt like you was controlling a remote controlled 30cm toy than a 100ton lumbering robot

mech 3 felt so sexy
