MSI Mobo ATI 9500pro

First of all, Im running an MSI K7T Pro2a with Athlon 1200.
I recently purchased and installed an ATI 9500 Pro (BBA).

My computer locks up everytime I try and run anything 3D.
Everything else works fine in 2D. Is there a compatibility issue for this mobo and that card? Are there settings that Im not aware of that need to be adjusted for it to work?
Im running windows 2000 sp3.

Has anyone seen this before?

Maybe a directx problem? Try and reinstall directx 9. Also may be heat, but I doubt it since it locks up when you try 3d, not randomly.
