Low performance in what area, a particular Game, Games in general, applications, OS in general? Need more info than just DXDiag screenshots.

Wel i built the same set up for my bro, 4870 x 2 and core i7, it plays crysis maxed at around 40 FPS, and games like deadspace at constant 60. though its running vista 64 bit

perhapes its windows xp, i know xp has never been great for multi threading and thats what the i7 is all about and also its not gonna make the most of the GPU

any game i play i got 30 - 40 fps and also the windows is slow .
also when i turn on the pc it took very long time to load.

i have 6 gb Corsair DDR3 1600 memory ram .... 1500 GB Sagate Hardisk 7200 RPM

Silver stone power supply 1200w

intel DX58SO Mother board

Extreme I7 processor 3.2 GHZ
