Details of my system
No operating system
Mobo GA-8INXP, CPU P4 2.53GHz ,
HDD 80GB Maxtor D/Max+9 ATA133/7200 8Mb,
GC AGP 64DDR ATI 9200,
DDR 2x512MB Corsair XMS2700 DDR SDRAM,
FloppyD,
CDRom LG 52X.

The problem is when I hit the DELETE KEY to load BIOS menu
it loads it for a second then it restarts the PC.

The board has had this problem before updating the BIOS
After I updated the BIOS sucessfully from its manufacture website it is the same thing, it does not let me to access
the BIOS I can only see the BIOS Screen for a 1 or 2 seconds
then it restarts the PC.

Any idea what is wrong and how i can fix this issue,
