Building a higher-low end machine

System I'm putting together...curious if anyone can possibly forsee any incompatibilities or make suggestions:

Case: Thermaltake Xaser III w/ thermaltake 480W PSU
Mobo: Asus P4C800-E Deluxe
CPU: Intel 3.0Ghz Socket 478
Heatsink: Thermaltake P4 Spark 7+ (Xaser edition) + Artic Silver
Ram: 1.5GB Kingston (3x 512mb) DDR400 (PC3200)
HD: Seagate 200GB 7200RPM
GPU: PowerColor ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 128mb AGP
Capture Card: Hauppauge WinTV PVR 350
DVD-RW/CD-RW: NEC ND3520-A
Display: Samsung 213T 21.3 TFT LCD

haven't decided yet what sound card I'm going to go with...any suggestions?

Also got an APC UPS 1500VA to plug all this stuff into :-)
