Hi,

If I type http://www.superstar.com in the URL and press GO IE just closes!
If multiple windows of IE are open it closes them all.

Have you ever heard of that before? Any suggestions on how to correct?
I've rebooted no no avail.

TIA

Is this the only website where IE has this behavior? or does it happen at other sites? If the latter, there just may be a problem with your browser, or perhaps your RAM memory, or .....

Provide a bit more details, plus whether you have Windows XP SP2 or SP1.

Select Start button/ select Run , then type in

eventvwr.msc<enter>
-- or Go to Control Panel / Performance and Maintenance/Administrative Tools >Event Viewer.

Review the sections and look for Errors or Warnings that match the time the event occurred. Double click---the information "may" give a clue.
