Will diablo 2 lod work with 64 bit vista premium

i was wondering if this would work because i was thinking about buying a new hp laptop and idk what bit to go with but i like the 4 g of ram.

also are there any other programs that will not work on the new 64 bit vista, please give me your feedback i need to make a decision on what to buy soon.
