a7n8x raid boot up screen?

please i would love it if there were a way to disable this
i reboot my pc ever so often and it simply takes too long to boot up
any help at all appreciated

I don't have the manual in front of me, but can't you just diable the RAID (Promise?) controller in the BIOS?

its a jumper you have to set that disables that, its on page 19 of your manual, and the jumper is below and too the right of the cmos battery
