Yes. Install the drive, then type

dmesg |less

and scroll down until you see some hd info. It'll list the drives as being at /dev/hdxY (xY is some letter/number). Write that down.

Then, as root:

mkdir /mnt/win98
mount -t vfat /dev/hdxY /mnt/win98

and there you go
