Hi, just read the 'How to build a render node farm' and the last part where it says instead of buying a better CPU you can add a cheap render node to get much more performance for way less money, and i was basically wondering on wether it is possible to use a Render node to help performance in games?
So instead of doing a complete upgrade just making a cheap Render node.

No, games run exclusively on a single system. The type of rendering I'm talking about in the article is non-realtime rendering, where frames take minutes or hour s instead of 60+ frames per second.
