XP Alert I keep getting?

"Your database is being upgraded"

This will dramatically increase performance of your devices but may
require all data to be resynchronized.

"OK" (in a box)

Anyone know what this is?

Are you running a database?
If so, what database application are you running?
If not, have you checked for spyware?

If not running a database, and it does smack of spyware, try
downloading these programmes and running them,

Microsoft Anti Spyware
http://tinyurl.com/6fuq4
Adaware SE
http://tinyurl.com/yu6cm
Spybot Search and destroy
http://tinyurl.com/6dykq

Running 3 might seem a little 'belt and braces' but these 3 seem to
work well together (not running at the same time though) and it would
probably be a good idea to do this anyway.
