No races during stage 2 of nfsu2

during stage two of nfsu i completed all the races (finishing with three url races) thinking i would get my next sponsor signing but it didnt. instead the only things listed on my map are the stores and shops. i have tried the hidden races and cannot find anymore no sms messages tell me where races are anymore i need any kind of help i dont know what to do
