Can't get hardware acceleration on 4 vista

Problem: Hardware Acceleration is not on

System: Windows Vista

Adapter Type: NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150

What I've Tried: I've gone to advance display settings and clicked the
troubleshoot tab to change settings, but I'm told that my
current display driver does not allow changes to be made to
hardware acceleration settings. Seriously?

Question: Does anyone know a update, download, or anything else i can do to
fix this?
