What else do i need to get in order to play some of the new games on the pc? (video cards,more memory, 64 bit OS, overclock, etc..)

Holy crap upgrade that graphics card, and upgrade it like.. yesterday! Grab an ATI 4870 or 4890. Or 2 4770s, apparantly they kick ass.

Apart from that it looks good. 64-bit OS would be preferred to fully utilise that 4GB RAM.

If you're comfortable with overclocking, you might as well go for it since you have a BE CPU, make sure you've got a decent aftermarket cooler and paste though.
