I am building a new gaming pc and i picked these parts

CPU AMD Phenom II x3 720 or 710 (need help in choosing)
MB Gigabyte GA-MA770 ud3
VGA ATI sapphire HD 4770 512MB
RAM 4 GB Kingston Hyper x 1066 MT/s

the problem is that i do not know if the AMD 770 chip will be good enough for games and it will provide a good performance for all new game or should i try another MB with AMD 790 chips which will be better?

NOTE:
I will not use crossfire .
