[opie on 568] problem with Offset = 00003A4C

Hi,
last week I've installed Opie on my 568 and everything go well....
and I was VERY happy.... )
yesterday I want to upgrade the release on my pda and when I turn on it
doesn't appear...only blank screen... (
I've connect the pda, with a serial cable, to my pc and run hyperterminal...
you can read what the appear on my terminal window:
