Error on system 32

Im a new user and do not have the disk with my pc for windows xp. Im
receiving a error message upon start up that reads..

C:\DOCUME~1\Meloney\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERe3b9.dir00\svchost.exe.mdmp

C:\DOCUME~1\Meloney\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERe3b9.dir00\appcompat.txt

Can you help??

Dump the TIF's.

Show Hidden Files and Folders.

Delete the Temp files.
Start>Run>(type) %temp% (Hit Enter)>Go to Edit>Select All>Delete
Don't worry about the ones it won't delete.

Download, Update, & Run. (Delete items found)
