AOM editor help

So i went to the editor and created a fairly favorable map but whenever i try in play in either the scenario tester in editor or in the single player, they other side doesn't do anything. The villagers just sit there. I have done the player data and made the second team CPU and gave them a town center and everything but still nothing. help?

This if for a mac.
