Hi,
Ok, I have my GW game box the Manuscript is not the Install instructions...I hope the 2CDs are in a jewel case, because on the case is your access key "Key #####-#####-#####-#####-#####" there are 25 numbers & letters that you need to type in when the install wizard asks you for the "Access Key" IF you have no Key you can NOT load or use the game.
Put CD #1 in your optical drive & just follow the instructions it should load the Game.

Hi,
Take the game back where you purchased it for a refund or exchange...tell them without the Access Key you can't play the game...they will understand
