Mustek 1200CU (POC)

I have just bought a mustek 1200CU scanner (PIECE OF CRAP) and i can't seem to get it to work on my system, i have tried three other computers and it works like a dream. However it does not want to work on mine, no matter what operating system i have installed, Win98se wont let the twain driver load windows ME lets the driver load but dies after a scan or two, and windows 2000 has the same trouble. I know that it must be my motherboard but i need to know if there is anything i can do about it before i end up buying another one.

SN3200 network card

Well i think it's the mainboard (prototype) your is oke except that mainboard!
