7 Home Premium OEM vs Upgrade on a brand new Hard Drive? Both cost the same, and I'm not worried about saving files, so which is better? The Upgrade has Microsoft Support, but I don't think the OEM does. However the OEM might be easier to install?

They're basically the same - The difference is in the licence. An OEM licence is supposed to be only used on a single PC. A retail one may be transferred. An Upgrade takes the terms of the original installation.

Personally, I would just use the OEM. Saves the hassle of having to keep the discs for your old OS around.
