COD5 and Anon 1404 Freezing Up

Whenever I play these two games my system continually freezes up any time i try to play in between anywhere from 10-30 mins in. I've tried everything and cannot figure out what the problem is. I am almost 100% certain it is not an overheating issue because my temps are as follows when a game is running: GPU- ~58C PCB ~ 42 CPU~ 45.
An interesting thing is that it's only these two games, CoH works fine on settings all the way up. I've also tried compatability mode to no avail. Help would be greatly appreciated.

8gigs RAM OCZ Reaper
1 74gb Raptor boot drive
1 640 gb WD Black
750W Corsair PSU
eVGA 750i SLI FTW
eVGA gtx 260
Windows 7 RC 7100
Antec p180 w/ 4 case fans

p.s. Drivers are up to date and games are patched.
